Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• Experience operating wire/cable equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate wire processing machines to terminate wire and cable assemblies
• Read cut sheets and verify machine setup according to specifications
• Follow work instructions and production processes accurately
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working order
• Use manual tools to crimp wire and cable as needed
• Monitor product quality and maintain production standards
• Report equipment issues to the Line Lead or Supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
