Qualifications

• Willingness to learn donor-centric stewardship and cultivation strategies.
• Willingness to learn event management and supporting organizational strategies.
• Enrollment as a college student (sophomore level or above) or recent graduate for hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate detailed itineraries for high-level guests with the DMR and development team.
• Support high-profile donor events: draft briefing docs, manage RSVP lists, provide event support.
• Assist in coordinating donor tours by creating itineraries and briefing materials.
• Update Crystal Bridges’ Tessitura CRM database and related systems.
• Assist in developing mailings lists and invitations using Paperless Post and Canva.
• Support travel programs by researching sites and creating biographies, maps, schedules.
