Responsibilities

• Coordinate detailed itineraries for high level guests to reflect museum standards.
• Assist with high-profile donor events and RSVP management.
• Create donor tour itineraries and briefing documents.
• Learn and update the Tessitura CRM database.
• Develop mailings lists and prepare invitations.
• Support donor travel planning and event logistics.
• Attend and assist at donor events and programs as assigned.
• Support other donor stewardship activities as assigned.
