Job summary

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, AR invites motivated undergraduates to join as a Spring Donor and Museum Relations Intern. You will learn donor-focused engagement, assist with hospitality, events, travel logistics, and tour coordination.

Working with the DMR and Advancement teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience in planning high-profile donor programs during a period of expansion and gala planning.

Qualifications

• College student at sophomore level or above preferred but not required.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in performing administrative work preferred.
• Dependable, punctual and ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have strong writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with DMR and development team to coordinate detailed itineraries for high level guests ensuring our community-facing events reflect museum standards.
• Support high-profile donor events: coordinate events, draft internal briefing documents, manage RSVP lists and provide on-site support.
• Assist in coordinating donor tours by creating itineraries and briefing documents.
• Update Crystal Bridges’ CRM Tessitura.
• Assist in the development of mailings lists and invitations (Paperless Post, Canva).
• Support travel program by researching sites and creating related materials.
• Attend and support events such as Directors Receptions and Momentary Music on the Green Concerts.
