Job summary

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, AR, with The Momentary, seeks an intern for Donor Relations and Advancement. Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in performing administrative work preferred.
• Dependable, punctual with flexible schedule.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to interact with staff and donors at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate detailed itineraries for high level guests with the DMR and development team.
• Assist in coordinating donor events and draft internal briefing documents.
• Prepare donor tours itineraries and briefing documents.
• Update Crystal Bridges’ Tessitura CRM and assist in mailings lists.
• Create invitations and materials using Paperless Post, Canva, etc.
• Support travel program research and materials (biographies, maps, schedules).
• Attend and support events such as Directors Receptions and Momentary Music on the Green Concerts.
• Support other donor stewardship activities as assigned.
