Job summary

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, Arkansas, invites applications for the Spring 2027 Donor and Museum Relations Intern position. The intern will work under the Donor and Museum Relations Manager, learning donor stewardship, event logistics and materials preparation.

The role includes supporting hospitality, coordinating donor tours, updating the Tessitura CRM, and assisting with mailings and invitations for high-profile events.

Qualifications

• College Student at sophomore level or above preferred but not required.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in performing administrative work preferred.
• Dependable, punctual and ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have strong writing and editing skills.
• A background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate detailed itineraries for high level guests with the DMR and development team.
• Support high-profile donor events: draft briefing documents, manage RSVPs and provide on-site support.
• Assist in coordinating donor tours by creating itineraries and briefing documents.
• Update and learn Crystal Bridges’ CRM Tessitura.
• Create invitations and other materials using Paperless Post, Canva, etc.
• Support travel program by researching sites and creating related materials.
