Job summary

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, AR seeks a School Partnerships Intern to support the Learning and Engagement team in advancing partnerships with schools. You will gain hands-on experience in educational programming, arts integration, and museum–school collaborations, with a tailored project aligned to your goals.

The role includes coordinating programs, assisting with communications, developing educational resources, and helping evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications

• College student (junior or above) or recent graduate.
• Interest or experience in research, data analysis, statistics, or mathematics.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Background check is required and confidentiality must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and executing school partnership programs and events, including arts integration initiatives, teacher workshops, and community art events.
• Support communication with school partners (principals, teachers, district administrators) with timely updates.
• Help develop and curate educational resources for the Crystal Bridges Arts Integration Partnership.
• Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and educator training sessions.
• Conduct research and compile reports on best practices in arts education and school–community partnerships.
• Provide administrative support (data entry, contact lists, scheduling) to Learning and Engagement.
• Assist in evaluating and reporting partnership outcomes, gathering participant feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader educational initiatives.
• Develop and implement a special project aligned with academic focus, with program manager guidance.
