Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in Allentown to help university students build leadership and business skills that will make you stand out on a resume. From day one you’ll join the Sales Management Training track, handle real projects, learn fleet management and customer engagement, and gain a 10–12 week, 25+ hours per week schedule.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2027.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Available to start January 6, 2027.
• Able to commit to 10-12 weeks at 25+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Join our Sales Management Internship Program and gain experience in fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and compete with peers while learning from experienced mentors.

For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. Jump start your career with Enterprise! Our Spring Internship is meant to expediate your career growth and serve as a head start on our Sales Management Training Program - you'll go through the same training that our full-time Sales Management Trainees do, giving you a 3-month head start on graduating from our program and advancing in your career! This is a paid internship starting at $16 / hour and is located in the Allentown territory. Our flagship office is located at 1713 Lehigh St Allentown, PA 18103.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
