Enterprise offers a Spring Management Internship designed to jump-start your career in sales leadership. As a paid intern, you’ll learn how to run a business and gain marketable management skills alongside peers in a team-based environment in Williamsport, PA.

From day one you’ll tackle real challenges, progress through the Sales Management Training Program, and complete projects that mirror full-time trainee work, with potential incentives and rewards for performance.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree by May 2027.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to start on January 6th, 2027.
• Must commit to a 10-12 week program working a minimum of 25 hours per week

Responsibilities

• When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you will be immersed in everyday experiences like our Management Trainees, developing skills to manage a fleet, serve customers, and build marketing strategies.
• During the internship you will complete projects, engage in friendly competition with peers, and may be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.

Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

Jump start your career with Enterprise! Our Spring Internship is meant to expediate your career growth and serve as a head start on our Sales Management Training Program - you'll go through the same training that our full-time Sales Management Trainees do, giving you a 3-month head start on graduating from our program and advancing in your career! This is a paid internship starting at $16 / hour and is located at 1960 E 3rd Street Williamsport, PA 17701.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
