Enterprise is offering a Management Internship designed to accelerate career growth through hands-on learning in a team-based environment. You will gain experience in management, sales, and customer relations as you support the Sales Management Training Program.

This paid internship starts at $16/hour and spans 10–12 weeks in the Stroudsburg territory, with the flagship office at 1425 N. 9th St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. January 6, 2027 start date required.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree no later than May 2027.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.
• Must be able to start January 6, 2027.
• Commit to a 10–12 week program, minimum 25 hours per week.

Our Spring Internship is meant to expediate your career growth and serve as a head start on our Sales Management Training Program - you'll go through the same training that our full-time Sales Management Trainees do, giving you a 3-month head start on graduating from our program and advancing in your career! This is a paid internship starting at $16 / hour and is located in the Stroudsburg territory. Our flagship office is located at 1425 N. 9th St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.

Responsibilities

When you join our Sales Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior graduating with a Bachelors Degree no later than May 2027.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to start on January 6th, 2027.
• Must be able to commit to 10-12 week program working a minimum of 25 hours per week
