Enterprise is offering a Spring Management Internship to university students to gain real-world business and leadership experience. It is a paid internship starting at $16 / hour in the Wilkes-Barre / Scranton territory with the flagship office at 400 Kidder St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2027.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to start on January 6th, 2027.
• Must be able to commit to 10-12 week program working a minimum of 25 hours per week

Our Spring Internship is meant to expediate your career growth and serve as a head start on our Sales Management Training Program - you'll go through the same training that our full-time Sales Management Trainees do, giving you a 3-month head start on graduating from our program and advancing in your career! This is a paid internship starting at $16 / hour and is located in the Wilkes Barre / Scranton territory. Our Flagship office is located at 400 Kidder St Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
