Job summary

Enterprise in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks a Management Internship to learn vehicle fleet management and marketing strategies while supporting customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's degree no later than May 2027.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Our Spring Internship is meant to expediate your career growth and serve as a head start on our Management Training Program - you'll go through the same training that our full-time Management Trainees do, giving you a 3-month head start on graduating from our program and advancing in your career! This is a paid internship starting at $16 / hour and will be located at our Mechanicsburg branch (6515 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050).

We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
