Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Amarillo, TX, giving university students hands-on experience in business and leadership. You’ll learn to run a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies while being supported by a team.

As a paid intern, you’ll gain real-world responsibilities from day one, with opportunities for performance rewards and referrals. The program runs May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with a full-time 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Senior must graduate by August or December 2027 and be enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum three months of experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Live in Amarillo, TX or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
