Northside Hospital in Atlanta seeks a Registered Professional Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients per physician orders and guidelines. The RN will manage care for an assigned patient group and adhere to hospital policies and nursing practice standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, coordination, integration, and empowerment in daily practice, with BSN preferred and additional Life Support credentials encouraged for specialty units.

Competenze

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must be licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• BSN degree preferred.
• Additional Life Support credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
• Visual color acuity depending on role in specific units.

The Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

The Northside Hospital Staff Registered Professional Nurse manages patient care of an assigned group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and policies of Northside Hospital. REQUIRED

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
