Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Design Engineering Co-op to collaborate with product and project engineers in the Product Engineering department of the Tube Fittings Division. The role focuses on designing high-pressure hydraulic fittings, creating drawings, and supporting prototype testing and documentation.

The candidate will contribute to product development, analyze test data, and help prepare reports while coordinating with sales and marketing to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers in designing new products.
• Create or modify product drawings using Inventor (training provided).
• Assist with ordering and testing prototype parts.
• Analyze test results and help refine the design.
• Write test reports and maintain engineering documents.
• Create special drawings to customer specifications.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to support customers.
• Participate in product meetings and status reports.
• Assist with other engineering tasks.
