Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a design-oriented engineer to own product development and maintenance for filter lines. You will collaborate with customers, field sales, and engineering peers while coordinating prototyping, testing, and validation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Pro-E and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop filter products and maintain existing product lines.
• Research product application requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with customers, field sales personnel, engineering peers, internal support departments and suppliers.
• Coordinate product prototyping, testing and validation.
• Review and respond to customer problems and non-conforming product.
• Provide support to Production & Quality Assurance in resolving problems.
• Assist in preparing reports on new product inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies and uphold quality and safety.
