Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Product Engineering Co‑Op for Spring or Summer 2026 to support our Hose Products Division headquarters in Wickliffe, OH. In this multifunctional role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in problem‑solving as well as a good combination of office and mechanical testing skills. The candidate will be involved in a variety of projects ranging from concept through product launch and product improvements. This is an ideal opportunity for those interested in hands‑on application of design principles.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance testing to validate products to internal and external specifications.
  • Perform product failure analysis and report findings.
  • Develop engineering working drawings for manufacturing prototypes or existing part revisions.
  • Create engineering reports to communicate test results and next steps clearly.
  • Provide technical support for existing product lines and assist in the development of new products.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate: Sophomore status or greater.
  • Mechanical Engineering major.
  • Required proficiencies: CAD and Microsoft Office (preferred).
