Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA, seeks a Collegiate Intern for Spring 2027 as Aftermarket Expediter. You will monitor AOG orders through sales, picking, shipping and delivery, while supporting parts sales and technical operations to locate parts for out-of-stock AOGs.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Operations or Business with a 3.0 GPA and must be onsite in Savannah starting January 2027.

• PC experience and familiarity with automated systems
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
• Ability to interact with management and colleagues at all levels
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and own AOG orders through sales, picking, shipping and delivery.
• Directly impact OTC sales revenues.
• Assist in locating parts for out-of-stock AOGs and take ownership after order is placed.
• Create summary reports on the outcome of all AOGs.
• Coordinate with warehouse, planning and purchasing to enforce AOG response policy.

Program Structure

• Juniors: Two rotations required
• Seniors & Graduate Students: One rotation required

About the Position

• Monitor and take ownership of AOG orders through sales, picking, shipping and delivery.
• Directly involved in impacting OTC sales revenues.
• Support Parts Sales and Technical Operations in locating parts for out-of-stock AOGs. Take ownership of order once order is taken by Parts Sales and Technical Operations.
• Create summary reports on outcome of all AOG.
• Instill a sense of urgency among functional counterparts in warehouse, planning and purchasing. Ensure conformance to and communicate AOG response policy.
• Work with Purchasing and Planning to add approved third party suppliers in order to satisfy AOGs in the future.

Education and Other Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following disciplines:

  • Business
• Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Spring 2027 semester, beginning in January 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.

4. Rotation Requirements: Juniors 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students 1 rotation.
5. Minimum duration: 12 weeks (summer); 14-16 weeks (spring and fall).
6. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
7. Must have reliable transportation.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
