Job summary

MISO in Eagan, MN is recruiting for a spring 2027 co-op program for students in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. You will help identify business problems, support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform improvements, and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Expect hands-on data analysis and process mapping, with opportunities to present findings to department leaders.

Qualifications

Pursuing Business, Business Administration, Business Technology, Information Technology Management, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related programs.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and workflow or datavisualization tools.
Clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders; ability to solve problems with technology and process changes.

Responsibilities

Identify business problems or inefficient processes and work with teammates to diagnose and fix them.
Support improvements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform by building or testing workflows, automations, dashboards, or process updates.
Contribute to real projects through data analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Participate in community service projects, social events, and networking with professionals.
Present project findings and recommendations to department leaders and executives at the end of the term.
