You will identify business problems, support Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, and translate requirements into practical technical solutions via workflows, dashboards, and data analysis. On-site roles in Carmel, IN or Eagan, MN with potential for part-time remote work during the school year.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Business, Business Administration, Business Technology, Information Technology Management, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related programs.
• Experience or curiosity in process improvement, systems analysis, business analytics, automation, or technology implementation.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and workflow or data-visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify business problems or inefficient processes and work with teammates to understand causes and fixes.
• Support improvements in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform—build or test workflows, dashboards, or process updates.
• Contribute to real projects through data analysis, process mapping, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Engage in community service projects, networking, and professional development activities.
• Deliver a final presentation of project findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

What you’ll do as a MISO Co-op:

• Help identify business problems or inefficient processes, working with teammates to understand what’s causing the issue and how to fix it.
• Support improvements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform—building or testing workflows, automations, dashboards, or process updates.
• Contribute to real projects through data analysis, mapping out processes, gathering requirements, and helping translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Get involved beyond the desk: join in community service projects, social events, and networking opportunities with professionals who are passionate about what they do.
• Wrap up your spring with a spotlight presentation of your project findings and recommendations to department leaders and company executives.

We are looking for students who…

• Are pursuing Business, Business Administration, Business Technology, Information Technology Management, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related programs.
• Bring experience or curiosity in process improvement, systems analysis, business analytics, automation, or technology implementation.
• Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and workflow or data‑visualization tools.
• Can communicate clearly, collaborate well with stakeholders, and enjoy solving problems with both technology and process changes.
• Show attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly while taking ownership of assignments.

To be eligible for the program, you must be available to start Wednesday, January 13 th , 2027, and continue through Friday, April 30 th , 2027. No VISA sponsorship opportunities, including OPT/CPT.
