MISO is hosting a Spring 2027 Co-op in Business Systems & Process Improvement. Join a mission-driven team keeping the lights on for 45 million people by improving reliability, resilience, and performance.

You will identify business problems, support Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, and translate requirements into practical technical solutions via workflows, dashboards, and data analysis. On-site roles in Carmel, IN or Eagan, MN with potential for part-time remote work during the school year.

Qualifications

Pursuing Business, Business Administration, Business Technology, Information Technology Management, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related programs.
Experience or curiosity in process improvement, systems analysis, business analytics, automation, or technology implementation.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and workflow or data-visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Identify business problems or inefficient processes and work with teammates to understand causes and fixes.
Support improvements in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform—build or test workflows, dashboards, or process updates.
Contribute to real projects through data analysis, process mapping, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Engage in community service projects, networking, and professional development activities.
Deliver a final presentation of project findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
