Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a part-time Accounting Intern for a 12-week program starting March 29, 2027. This in-person position offers hands-on training in financial management, preparing you for a full-time Business Manager role.

You'll work closely with financial data, assisting in various accounting tasks including financial statements and reports. Ideal candidates must be rising Seniors majoring in Accounting or Finance, committed to the program, and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program for Spring 2027.
• Must attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports.
• Involved with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Assist in accounting schedules and filing.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

This position is part-time (25 hours/week) 12 week program starting March 29th, 2027 - June 11th, 2027 (Dates are non-negotiable).

This position pays $21.57 / hour and is located at our Corporate Office 500 Naches Ave SW, Renton, WA 98057. This position is 100% in-person and does not provide a remote option.

Responsibilities

Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
