Job summary

Enterprise is seeking an Accounting Intern for a structured 12-week program at our Corporate Office in Renton, WA. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with hands-on exposure to basic accounting procedures and financial analysis.

You will collaborate across branches and departments, supporting accounts payable/receivable, schedules, and reporting. The paid internship runs May 17, 2027 through August 6, 2027, in-person only.

Qualifications

• Rising Senior enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program set to graduate between July 2027 - June 2028.
• Bachelor’s student majoring in Accounting or Finance.
• Attend a College/University in Washington state.
• Commit to a full-time (40 hours/week) 12-week program starting May 17, 2027 and ending August 6, 2027.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 civil moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements & analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and schedules.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) 12 week program starting May 17th, 2027 and ending August 6th, 2027 (Dates are non-negotiable).

This position pays $21.57 / hour and is located at our Corporate Office 500 Naches Ave SW, Renton, WA 98057. This position is 100% in-person and does not provide a remote option.

Responsibilities

Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
