Job Requirements

• Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with the ability to quickly adjust and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
• Maintain a professional image at all times and lead by example, keeping in mind the standards and expectations of both the Department and Club.
• Have a valid, State issued, Driver’s License.
• Currently have a valid State of Florida issued Commercial Applicator License or be able to obtain one within 90-days of employment.
• Be able to lift 50+ lb. bags/containers repetitively and work outside year-round in all weather conditions.
• Be available to work weekends, holidays and be able to respond to any emergency call-in situations after “normally” scheduled hours.
• Understand that the nature of this profession regularly requires working shifts longer than 8-hours in order to complete necessary tasks.
• Pass a standard drug screening prior to employment.

Job Description

• 2+ years of on-the-job, golf course experience.
• Have a working understanding of chemical /fertilizer application and calibration.
