Sherwin-Williams in Tupelo, MS is seeking a Full-time Spray Equipment Repairer and Coordinator for Store #707259 to help retail customers select and repair spray equipment, answer questions, and promote product solutions that meet store sales goals. Responsibilities include repairing equipment at store or customer sites, maintaining spray parts inventory, and training staff and customers on equipment use.

Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to operate a computer and communicate by telephone.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Able to operate material handling equipment safely after training.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: meets expectations rating on last appraisal.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs on spray equipment (airless, conventional, electrostatic, pressure washers) at store or customer sites.
• Repair branch tinting and mixing equipment.
• Educate other employees and customers on spray equipment.
• Maintain inventory levels of spray parts and locate out-of-stock items.
