Location: 1550 Research Way, Selko – Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Spray Dryer Operator, you will operate and monitor the spray dryer and related production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production operator experience in a manufacturing.
• Experience operating spray dryers and related equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to monitor and document production processes accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment inspections.
• Willingness to learn process chemistry and production systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the spray dryer process and related production equipment.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Monitor feed quality and maintain product specs.
• Complete production documentation and inspect equipment.
