Job summary

Wibeto Practice in Chicago seeks a compassionate Spravato & TMS Technician to support our psychiatry practice delivering innovative treatments for patients with treatment-resistant depression and other mental health conditions. You will provide direct patient care, clinical support during Spravato (esketamine) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments, and coordination of care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Starting rate: $22/hr.

Qualifications

• Comfort working in both clinical and administrative capacities.
• Background in healthcare (Medical Assistant, EMT, CNA, or similar preferred).
• Ability and authorization to administer injections (intramuscular required; additional routes a plus).
• Experience in mental health or psychiatry setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to remain calm and attentive in a clinical environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort with both patient-facing care and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer Spravato treatment under provider supervision in accordance with REMS program requirements.
• Monitor patients during and after Spravato sessions, including vital signs and mental status.
• Set up and operate TMS equipment and deliver treatments per provider protocols.
• Assist with and/or administer intramuscular injections (as permitted by licensure and training).
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical guidelines throughout all treatments.
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the EMR.
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, safety precautions, and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to support patient care plans.
