Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; resistance welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spot weld parts in conformance with specifications and meet daily production assignments.
• Start-up spot welding machines with minimal assistance.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Arrive at work punctually and be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by working with the supervisor and lead.
• Follow safety procedures and ISO quality system processes.
