Lake Air Products is hiring a 1st & 2nd shift Spot Welder with set-up experience for our Roseville, MN location. If you have sheet metal fabrication experience, this is a strong opportunity to join a growing contract manufacturer or aerospace/defense oriented company.

Responsibilities include operating spot welding equipment, installing electrodes, adjusting heat/pressure, and inspecting welds to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in spot welding preferred.
• Ability to partner with leadership and multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
• Bend and lift, load/unload parts, and stand for long shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Operate spot welding equipment to join metal sheets.
• Install electrodes and adjust heat, pressure, and timing.
• Inspect welds using micrometer, caliper, and gauges.
• Ensure quality via control plans and customer drawings.
• Identify and report equipment faults to supervisors.
• Move between workstations as required.
