Job summary

Ideal Tridon is hiring a Spot Weld Operator for the 2nd shift at the Garden Grove, CA plant. You will operate welding equipment and related machinery to join metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, adherence to safety standards, and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, welding knowledge is a plus, and must pass drug screening and a background check with

Responsibilities

Operates welding machine to join metal spans per specifications.
Sets up and operates machines such as drills, punches, saws, grinders, and NC equipment as needed.
Follows blueprints or drawings to shape and weld metal accurately.
Uses hand and power tools to shape, cut, and finish metal and blend seams.
Spot welds milled steel and stainless steel; welds vertical and horizontal planes.
