Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a Spot Pricing Analyst to drive the spot quoting process across key North American lanes, including US-Canada-Mexico. You will build margin-aware rates to help the sales team close business and keep our network moving.

The role requires a practical understanding of US spot market dynamics, proficiency with Excel and TMS/rate tools, and the ability to balance competitive pricing with margin discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in freight pricing or logistics operations.
• Solid understanding of US spot market dynamics and FTL lane pricing.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with TMS and rate tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to spot freight quote requests across FTL and cross-border lanes.
• Build competitive spot rates using market data and lane performance.
• Monitor margin performance and surface trends to leadership.
• Maintain lane-level pricing benchmarks using TMS data and rate tools.
• Collaborate with carrier sales and account management to align pricing with capacity.
• Track win/loss ratios on quoted lanes and contribute to pricing strategy.
• Support ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting requests.
