Job summary
New Balance in Boston, MA is seeking a Graphic Designer I to translate design direction into brand-right graphics, prints, and visuals for Sportswear Apparel, Graphic Tee & Fleece. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in apparel.
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Experience creating apparel graphics, repeat prints, and artwork packages.
- Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; CLO 3D or similar tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Design Leadership and cross-functional partners to create brand-relevant graphics and prints.
- Support end-to-end design process from concept to production-ready execution.
- Prepare visual presentations to communicate design concepts and recommendations.
- Partner with product development teams to solve design challenges through the cycle.
- Research trends and apply them to drive innovative, consumer-driven solutions.
