Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or a related design field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably within apparel, fashion, or sportswear.
• Strong foundation in graphic design principles: illustration, typography, branding, print and pattern design, color theory, composition, layout.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Leadership and cross-functional partners to create brand-relevant graphics, prints, trims, and visual assets reflecting New Balance's design DNA.
• Support end-to-end graphic design process from concept ideation to production-ready execution.
• Prepare and deliver presentations communicating design concepts and recommendations.
