Responsibilities

• Writes tickets and processes cash winning tickets.

• Counts cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensures customers are welcomed and receive friendly service.
• Explains wagering how it works to customers.
• Complies with Gaming Control Board reporting requirements.
• Coordinates with MTL for bets needing paperwork.
• Maintains clean uniform and professional appearance.
• Assists with other sports book operations as needed.
