Responsibilities

• Own daily merchandising execution across key customer-facing product surfaces.
• Ensure promotions, product updates, events, and site content are accurate and launched on schedule.
• Identify merchandising opportunities based on event calendar, customer behavior, promotions, product releases, and competitor activity.
• Partner with Promotions, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing to coordinate launches and resolve issues.
• Monitor live experiences and escalate issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
• Use customer feedback, performance data, and competitive insights to optimize merchandising.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across workstreams.
