The Crown Is Yours As Vice President, iGaming Operations. You will define and lead the operating model that powers DraftKings' iGaming business. As the primary operating partner to the EVP & GM, iGaming, you'll drive sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, and scalable execution while building a high-performing organization that delivers exceptional player experiences in a complex, regulated environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to the EVP & GM, iGaming, shaping operating priorities and driving performance management.
  • Own the operating performance of the iGaming business, translating strategic priorities into measurable operating plans, commercial outcomes, and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead cross‑functional execution across iGaming Operations, Marketing, Product & Technology, Analytics, VIP, Legal, and Compliance, aligning priorities, resolving trade‑offs, and delivering strategic initiatives that advance business objectives.
  • Provide executive leadership with data‑driven insights on business performance, emerging risks, and growth opportunities to inform investment decisions and long‑term strategy.
  • Ensure the organization is operationally prepared to scale across new markets and evolving regulatory environments while maintaining operational excellence and compliance.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing leadership team, fostering accountability, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee Revenue Operations, ensuring merchandising, promotions, player programs, and game portfolio decisions work together to maximize player value, commercial performance, and long‑term profitability.
  • Partner with Analytics to embed measurement, experimentation, and actionable insights into commercial decision‑making.
  • Lead Games Operations & Studio, overseeing third‑party partnerships, exclusive content, and the long‑term in‑house games roadmap while aligning game strategy with commercial priorities, marketing initiatives, and player lifecycle objectives.
Qualifications
  • At least 15 years of experience leading operations, revenue, or P&L functions within iGaming, digital gaming, marketplaces, or similarly complex consumer businesses.
  • Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary organizations with accountability for revenue growth, operational excellence, and business performance.
  • Deep understanding of iGaming economics, including game content strategy, merchandising, promotions, player lifecycle management, and multi‑brand operations.
  • Experience integrating commercial, content, and operations organizations into a unified operating model that drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and strategic judgment, with experience using data, experimentation, and insights to influence enterprise‑level decisions.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence General Managers, executive leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in highly regulated, fast‑moving environments while balancing innovation, compliance, and scalable execution.
  • A builder’s mindset with a passion for designing operating models, developing high‑performing leaders, and delivering exceptional player experiences through operational excellence.
