Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a Sportsbook Operations Senior Associate to drive day-to-day execution of operational plans for high-intensity, live-focused sports. You will coordinate campaigns, monitor performance in real time, and turn data into actionable insights to keep offerings sharp and competitive.

You will collaborate across Promotions, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing while ensuring accurate, timely content and events. Evening and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.
• A strong understanding of sports and live event dynamics across multiple leagues.
• The ability to thrive in fast-paced, real-time environments while balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing workstreams.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Provide coverage during major events, evenings, and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Own daily merchandising execution across key customer-facing product surfaces.
• Ensure promotions, product updates, events, and site content are accurate, relevant, and launched on schedule.
• Identify merchandising opportunities based on the event calendar, customer behavior, promotional priorities, product releases, and competitor activity.
• Partner with Promotions, Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing to coordinate launches and resolve customer-facing issues.
• Monitor live experiences and elevate technical or customer-facing issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Use customer feedback, performance data, and competitive insights to recommend merchandising optimizations.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication across workstreams to support consistent execution across the team.
