Qualifications

• Experience in gaming and/or sportsbook roles preferred.
• Customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
• Professionally engage patrons to resolve disputes and answer questions.
• Maintain and balance a till for issuing and redeeming tickets and vouchers.
