Job summary

Hard Rock International in Atlantic City, NJ seeks a Guest Services Associate to warmly greet guests at events, scan tickets, and escort guests to their seats. You will aim to exceed guest expectations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout shifts that occur at nights and weekends.

The role requires standing for long periods, walking stairs, and a focus on responsible gaming and service excellence in a dynamic entertainment setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Must be able to stand entire shift and walk up and down bleacher steps.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests for events and scan tickets or escort them to seats.
  • Exceed guest expectations in service and satisfaction.
  • Know seat locations, concessions, restrooms, and other areas.
  • Address guest issues and report to Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment and follow HRL policies.

Job Description
  • Under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for greeting all guests for any events.
  • Continuously exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL.
  • Greet guests and scan tickets and / or escort guests to their proper assigned seats.
  • Acknowledge all guest related issues and report to Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, & healthy work environment while enforcing all of HRL policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
  • Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values.
  • Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
  • Employee must stand during entire shift. Occasionally must walk on stairs.
