Job summary

Caesars Sportsbook seeks a retail sportsbook associate to welcome customers, answer questions, and provide expert guidance on wagering options. You will handle cash transactions, maintain professional appearance, and support compliance with Gaming Control Board directives.

The role requires 21+ with the ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary gaming licenses. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred to support busy event schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21+ years of age or older.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to obtain a gaming license if required.
• High level of customer service.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Present yourself in a professional manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform simple math and adhere to compliance rules.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our retail operation and deliver excellent customer service.
• Advise on menu of sports betting options and answer questions.
• Encourage responsible wagering and assist customers as needed.
