Job summary

Mountain Recreation is looking for a part-time Sports Site Supervisor to manage on-site operations for district-wide activities at Eagle-area facilities. You’ll lead referees, coaches, and staff, ensure safety, and oversee game-day operations with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in recreation or sports. CPR/First Aid may be required; bilingual language skills can earn a $1/hour incentive.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of on-site staff and volunteers.
• Strong communication with players, coaches, officials and spectators.
• Ability to monitor safety and respond to incidents and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned games and activities with on-site leadership.
• Provides direction to referees, volunteers, and staff.
• Maintains safety, manages equipment, and ensures facility readiness.
• Documents records and reports for program operations.
