Job summary

Scheels is hiring at our Wisconsin location for a customer-focused sales associate. You will greet customers, help them choose products, and promote Scheels Visa Rewards while delivering an above-and-beyond experience.

You’ll participate in product training, maintain a professional appearance on the floor, and support freight/stocking as needed. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 1–3 months of sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn Scheels product training and apply knowledge on the floor.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and ability to calculate rates and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels sales standards.
• Promote Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions and demonstrate product usage.
