Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in selling areas and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing internal flash reports.
• Keep backstock organized and merchandise displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are accurately displayed with price tagging and signage.
• Maintain a professional appearance and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with other associates, the Scheels Campus, and Vendors/Sales Representatives.
• Ensure work area is clean, organized, and safety compliant.
• Perform basic math and currency/percentage calculations.
• Work assigned schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
