Scheels is hiring a sales associate on site in the River Hills area. You will greet customers, assess needs, and suggest products while promoting the Scheels Visa Credit Card. You’ll contribute to personal and store sales goals, support merchandising, and participate in ongoing training.

You’ll also assist in training new staff, use store tech tools, and help with stock and visual displays. A positive, client-focused approach is essential, with opportunity for commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and a friendly demeanor with customers.
• Ability to promote Scheels Visa Credit Card and upsell products.
• Willingness to learn Scheels' sales process and participate in training.

Responsabilités

• Greet all customers with courtesy and a smile.
• Engage with customers to determine needs and promote products.
• Hit sales goals and follow Scheels' sales standards for an above-and-beyond experience.
• Create a positive end-user experience based on purchases.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and assist with freight and restocking.
• Demonstrate product usage and reach items stored up to 6 ft high.
• Attend product training and store meetings.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Navigate a PC and handheld scanner; use Microsoft Office, Google tools, and AS400.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
