Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sale.
• Maintain product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports.
• Keep backstock organized and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are accurately displayed with pricing, tags, and signage.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with store colleagues, vendors, and sales representatives.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and in line with safety standards.
• Perform basic math and currency computations as part of daily tasks.
• Work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
