Qualifications

• Experience planning, supervising, administering or carrying out a sports program with multiple sports.
• Experience guiding participants in developing sports skills and teaching techniques.
• Resume clearly shows knowledge and experience matching the minimum criteria.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers an assigned segment of a sports program and selects activities.
• Schedules and publicizes tournaments and sports events; recruits volunteers and paid staff.
• Evaluates effectiveness of program objectives and develops plans as needed.
• Arranges supplies, transportation, space and services to run activities.
• Develops program plans and requirements for delivery.
