Job summary

Qualifications

• Post graduate experience in Strength/Conditioning or Performance.
• Must be a former competitive athlete with accredited certification.
• Outgoing, motivating and personable with a willingness to learn and continue growing.
• Sports-minded with a strong desire for continual development of leadership skills.
• Enjoys working with kids of all ages and ability levels.
• Patient yet persistent with the task at hand.
• Graduating GPA of a 2.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Work with youth and athletes in a private-sector training environment.
• Implement ETS training philosophy and systems.
• Develop athletes in strength, speed, agility and deceleration training.
• Collaborate with ETS Directors and teammates to maximize athlete development.
