Job summary

ETS Performance in Holland, MI is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach to train youth, high school, college and professional athletes in a private-sector setting. This full-time role offers relocation to Holland, MI and a competitive base salary with strong benefits and growth potential.

The Sports Performance Specialist will follow the ETS training philosophy, work with a team of Directors in Training, and access a path for personal growth, career advancement, and expanded opportunities

Qualifications

• Post graduate experience in the Strength/Conditioning or Performance field.
• Former competitive athlete with accredited professional certification.
• Outgoing, motivating and personable with a willingness to learn and continue growing.

Responsibilities

• Work with youth and athletes across levels in a private sector setting.
• Align with ETS training philosophy and business systems to develop athletes.
• Collaborate with ETS Directors and Performance Specialists to maximize athlete development.
