Job summary

ETS Performance Edmond is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach to train youth, high school, college, and professional athletes in a dynamic private-sector setting. The role emphasizes elite training, professional certification, and a strong coaching presence in a fast-growing ETS network.

You’ll work with an elite team, benefit from structured development programs, and contribute to a culture of accountability, growth, and competition across multiple ETS locations.

Qualifications

• Post graduate experience in Strength/Conditioning or Performance.
• Must be a former competitive athlete and possess an accredited professional certification.
• Outgoing, motivating and personable with a willingness to learn and continue growing.
• Sports-minded with a strong desire for continual development of leadership skills.
• Enjoys working with kids of all ages and ability levels.
• Patient yet persistent with the task at hand.
• Graduating GPA of a 2.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs for youth to professional athletes.
• Collaborate with ETS partners and facility staff.
• Promote character development, accountability and competition.
• Lead and support athletes in a high-energy training atmosphere.
