ETS Performance LLC in Rochester, MN seeks a motivated Sports Performance Specialist to train youth and athletes using proven ETS methods. You will work under elite directors and alongside other ETS Performance Specialists to drive athlete development at the highest level.

The role requires former competitive athletic experience, accreditation, and a passion for leadership growth, with on-site duties in a dynamic private sector environment.

Qualifications

• Post graduate experience in the Strength/Conditioning or Performance field.
• Must be a former competitive athlete and possess an accredited professional certification.
• Outgoing, motivating and personable with a willingness to learn and continue growing.
• Sports-minded with a strong desire for continual development of leadership skills.
• Enjoys working with kids of all ages and ability levels.
• Patient yet persistent with the task at hand.
• Exercise Science/athletics or business background.
• Accountable and dependable - on time and willing to put forth the extra effort.
• Graduating GPA of a 2.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Train youth and athletes using ETS training methods and systems.
• Collaborate with facility directors and other specialists for athlete development.
• Help create an electric, growth-focused training environment.
• Support character development, accountability and teamwork during sessions.
